Waltzingmouse Stamps is having a Birthday Tea Party!

Waltzingmouse Stamps is turning two on the 21st May! And Claire wanted you all to join her in celebrating with a little tea party!! Use either the Free Tea bag baggie template - downloadable here - or the Tea cup template. Make either the tea cup/tea bag baggie or slice of cake/cupcake and decorate/stamp them for a party!

Here is my version of tea bag baggie that I decorated for the party. I used the free Tea bag baggie template that was given. I  photo copy the template on to Blushing Bride paper, after cutting it out and scoring on the dotted lines. I used the paper Rose Collection from Kaisercraft to add a couple of layers to my tea bag baggie. I then cut out a doily from Cheery Lynn Designs using Blushing Bride paper. Then I cut out a Heart Circle from the new Spellbinders die using one of the papers from English Rose. I used Taffy and Sassy Pink Smooch ink to outline the embossed areas of the Heart Circle. I used the Hanging Plaque Wooden Flourishes by Kaisercraft and I colored it using Sassy Pink Smooch ink. Placed it on top of English Rose paper and rub  "Precious Memories" saying using the English Rose Rub ons by Kaisercraft. Then cut around the sign to cut off excess. Tied a bow using Victoria Crochet ribbon by Stampin'Up and looped it around the hanging plaque. Attached Pretty in Pink Pearls by Queen & Co. as shown.Using Peony colored roses by American Crafts lay them down over the Heart Circle. Use Prima Flowers 'Cameo Roses' Azalea and 'Winter Rose Cherry Frost' attach them as shown. Attached the little ticket using linen thread and library clips from Stampin'Up. I hope you like my Tea Bag baggie. Happy Birthday Waltzingmouse Stamps!

This week's challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs is a sketch as shown. I started out with Early Espresso paper. I layered piece of paper from Pink Paislee collection called "Butterfly Garden". I distress the edges with French Blue and Creamy Brown Fluid Chalk. I cut a strip of light blue metallic paper which I layered on top a piece of Presto Patterns that I colored using French Blue & Creamy Brown Fluid Chalk to show the embossed image underneath. I attached a Bashful Blue 5/8th satin ribbon and bow around the piece before applying to main image.
I cut a small rectangle piece of brown metallic paper and attached another piece of Butterfly Garden collection and attached as shown. Then I used another piece of the brown metallic paper with another piece of Butterfly Garden collection attached as shown.
